Order & Returns

Just follow these steps:

  1. Browse your favorite products.

  2. Add to cart the ones you like.

  3. Proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping details and choose your payment method (Cash on Delivery or Razorpay).

  5. Confirm your order — and you're done!

You’ll get an order confirmation and updates via message or email.

You can cancel your order only if it has not been completed or shipped.

  • Go to “Orders” from your Profile (top right) or the footer.

  • Click “View” on the order you want to cancel.

  • Scroll down and select “Cancel”.

  • You’ll need to choose a reason for cancellation (just like with returns).

⚠️ Note: You cannot change an order once it is placed. If needed, cancel and place a new order.

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. This helps us provide better service, track your orders, and offer a smoother shopping experience.

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. We will send you a tracking link in your order confirmation email.

  2. You can also scroll to the bottom of our website and click on "Order Tracking" in the footer.
    Just enter your Order ID and the registered email address to see your order status.

Returning a product is simple:

  1. Click your profile at the top left or go to “Orders” from the footer.
  2. Find your order and click “View”.
  3. Scroll down and click the “Return” button.
  4. You’ll need to provide a valid reason for the return.
  5. Once submitted, our admin team will review and process your request.

You’ll be notified once the return is approved or if any further details are needed.
