Return Policy

At Trendzify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to ensure a smooth return process. Below are the guidelines for returning products purchased through our platform.


🔄 Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Products must be returned within 7-10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. Damaged/Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, a return request should be initiated immediately.

📋 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products such as software, templates, and license keys.
  • Perishable items and personalized/custom-made products.
  • Items that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

📧 Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your Trendzify account, go to “My Orders,” select the item, and click on “Request Return.”
  2. Reason for Return: Select the appropriate reason and upload supporting images if required (for damaged/defective items).
  3. Return Approval: Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
  4. Pickup/Drop-Off: Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup, or you may be required to drop off the package at the designated center.
